Position Summary:

While upholding department and company policies, the E-Filing Clerk processes the electronic filing of cases for various counties, while managing daily functions and workflows to meet business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily functions and workflow of client files through distribution of a balanced workload to meet established performance goals,
  • Provide exceptional customer service; know and ensure client specifics are being met,
  • Update client specifics as modification is needed and communicate internally to impacted to parties,
  • Identify and partner in the establishment of best practices related to unit of business,
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and keep accurate records
  • Understand and maintain client nuances & customer preferences

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide coverage for identified staff in their absence,
  • Provide production coverage when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

  • High School degree or equivalent,
  • Effective communication,
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain organization standards,
  • Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure related to states managed under the role,
  • Microsoft Office experience intermediate level preferred.
