LOCATION: Irvine, CA


PAY RANGE: $25 - $30/hr


REQUIREMENTS/JOB DETAILS:

  • Primary duties will be e-filing with state and federal
  • Maintain an attorney calendar including calendaring appearances and deadlines.
  • Prepare notices, schedule depositions, and serve subpoenas.
  • Prepare documents for e-filing with federal courts.
  • Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel.
  • Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude. 

SKILLS NEEDED:

  • Knowledge of California and Federal Civil Procedure.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Great time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to act independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
