Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Corona, CA, for a Legal Secretary. The Legal Secretary will perform a variety of tasks including preparing legal documents, performing clerical work, scheduling and managing diaries, and supporting attorneys with legal and administrative tasks. The role requires organizational precision and the ability to work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance and efficient office operations.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation
  • Proficiency in law and legal document preparation to assist with contracts, correspondence, and court documents
  • Experience as a Legal Assistant with a strong understanding of legal terminology and administrative support
  • Strong clerical skills including filing (court e-filing), record maintenance, and data organization
  • Experience with diary management to schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Pacer and One Legal
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; relevant certifications and experience in personal injury law are a plus
  • Type at least 40 WPM
