We are seeking a Legal Document Specialist to join our growing team and support our team in delivering exceptional, high-touch client experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, service-minded, and energized by being a key part of a close-knit, professional team. This position is located in our Peoria office, but will occasionally travel to our offices in Chandler and Phoenix to provide white-glove service to our clients.

The Legal Document Specialist is principally responsible for efficiently preparing and reviewing quality legal documents. The Specialist works with the Service and Sales Teams to coordinate production and timely delivery of accurate, legally sustainable estate planning documents and processing additional documents as necessary.

What You’ll Do

Responsible for drafting legal estate planning documents that are legally sustainable and to the defined specifications of each member using approved document templates.


  • Ensures legal documents are complete and accurate prior to delivery to estate planning attorneys.

  • Review of format, content, dates, names, personally identifiable information (PII), grammar, etc.

  • Manages assigned caseload and ensures the preparation and delivery of all legal documents within established business standards.

  • Maintains notes and member records in the Salesforce system.

  • Coordination with estate planning attorneys

  • Scheduling appointments with clients for document presentation

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of administrative work experience

  • Prior experience in a law firm

  • Certified Legal Document Preparer (CLDP)

  • Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly

  • Able to attend two evening events per month


Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Paralegal Certification

  • 2+ years of legal document preparation experience

  • 2+ years of estate planning experience

  • Experience in a professional services or financial services environment

  • Prior experience with wealth.com

Compensation & Benefits
