Document Management Associate

Position Overview:

The Document Management Associate is responsible for performing a variety of support duties including prepping, scanning, and indexing all Credit Union documents and records. Ensures all Credit Union and member related documents are stored and identified in the Synergy system accurately and timely.

Specific duties required for the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Physically scanning and indexing all processed paper documents.
  • Indexing all digitally processed documents.
  • Monitoring the Synergy exception queue and properly reindexing documents for accurate storage.
  • Assisting the IT Department with Service Events related to documents that cannot be located by staff.
  • Accurately identifying documents with Unassigned status.
  • Facilitating the creation of necessary document types to move the Unassigned documents to the proper Synergy cabinet.
  • Scanning and balancing checks processed by the Finance Department into TranzCapture for inclusion in the Credit Unions daily cash letter deposit.
