Full-time, Permanent (on-site)

Millards Brantford is currently looking for a Document Processor to join our firm! If you take pride in producing accurate, polished documents and enjoy working collaboratively in a professional environment, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an existing vacancy with an anticipated start in November 2026.

Working hours for this position total 1,905 annually, Monday – Friday and include Saturday mornings from January through April. Standard weekly hours vary depending on the time of year.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support to partners, associates and client service teams.
  • Review, proofread, format and/or edit documents such as financial statements, correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents.
  • Print and assemble various tax returns.
  • Photocopying, printing, scanning and conversion of documents (e.g. PDFs).
  • Organize and maintain digital files in CaseWare.
  • Preparing and finalizing client invoices.
  • Work independently and within a team environment to produce accurate, high-quality client deliverables.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client files.
  • Assist all staff with printing and faxing, and sourcing office supplies.
  • Other duties and administrative support as required.


What We’re Looking For


  • Previous experience with data processing, data entry, or administrative support.
  • Knowledge of CaseWare and experience in a public accounting environment would be considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
  • High attention to detail with an aptitude for proofreading and suggesting alternatives.
  • Comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn and navigate a variety of software applications, databases, document management systems, and office technologies.
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary.

Expected Compensation Range


  • $48,000- $68,000 annually
  • Compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. In certain situations, a candidate’s unique background or specialized expertise may warrant consideration slightly outside the posted range.
