  • Completes and processes all incoming and outgoing documents in the document control database, including electronic logging, scanning, distribution and storage needs.
  • Maintains and distributes daily Project Read Files.
  • Files and stores physical documents, including paper, manuals, books, photos, videos, and digital media in the project files.
  • Establishes and maintains a listing of all materials stored in the Project Library.
  • Maintains project File Index, files and library.
  • Monitors Primavera program for compliance to procedures and requirements of the project and the company.
  • Assists with internal audits and inspections to ensure department work is performed accurately, efficiently and with cost control.

  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a related field required.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Primavera Contract Manager
