Overview
Department: Operations/Property
Reports to: General Secretary
Supervises: N/A
Status: Seasonal Nonexempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:00
Function: This position is designed to support the Property Department of the SWONEKY Division. This individual will be responsible for the creation and development of the new SharePoint System for the department.
Qualifications
  • Proven administrative or assistant experience
  • Professional In conduct and performance
  • Dependable
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of Salvation Army information both inside and outside of the office
  • Experience in working with the Microsoft Office suite, especially in Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Strong people skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Ability to work with limited supervision to complete tasks in a timely and orderly fashion.
