Job description:

Our office has an opening for a paralegal or legal document assistant to work at our office in Pasadena office. This is a full-time position and offers generous benefits (medical/dental/vision/401K).
Background as a paralegal (or legal document assistant). The position can be filled at the entry or intermediate level. However, all applicants are encouraged to apply regardless of experience.
Desired qualifications:
- Education in Paralegal Studies (required)
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Very Reliable and Trainable
- Serious and Responsible
- Good communication skills
- Notary Public is highly desirable
- Spanish speaking is required
- Background in office procedures is desirable
