Job description

Hemostasis, LLC designs, develops, manufactures and markets  advanced hemostatic technologies for use in the medical device industry.  We are currently seeking a Document Control Specialist that will assist in the management, control and maintenance of the organization’s quality documents and records ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity according to our Quality Management System requirements. 

Responsibilities:

·         Assist in the management, control and maintenance of the organization’s quality documents and records

·         Assist with the documentation and editing of operating procedures and other technical documents

·         Assist with the development  and implementation of processes, procedures and forms pertaining to the Quality Management System

·         Entry and maintenance of training records

·         Support Quality Team in quality initiatives

·         Assist other departments in resolving open issues with records, providing clarification and direction


Position Requirements:

·         High attention to detail and accuracy

·         Excellent organizational skills

·         Ability to work independently

·         Advanced written and oral communication skills

·         Able to manage multiple tasks

·         Takes initiative, inquisitive, self-driver, attention to detail

·         Manufacturing experience is a plus
