In this role, you will act as the architect of our internal and external knowledge ecosystem, directly influencing the productivity of our global Customer Success and Support teams. You will have the unique opportunity to shape how technical specs are translated into customer-ready success stories, partnering across Product, Marketing, and AI teams to redefine the customer journey for the AECO industry.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
• Design and facilitate high-impact onboarding programs to decrease "time-to-productivity" for new support agents and success managers.
• Spearhead the content strategy by building a library of high-impact customer-facing decks, case studies, and "customer-ready" help articles.
• Own the internal knowledge management framework, ensuring product updates and competitive intelligence are documented and accessible.
• Conduct evaluation strategies and leverage analytics to monitor the effectiveness of knowledge assets and ROI of enablement efforts.
• Partner with the AI Program Manager to ensure successful AI output and self-service effectiveness through metrics collection and reporting.
Essential Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or SaaS management with a proven track record of managing people.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into persuasive content.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics like ramp time and asset usage to prove ROI.
• Proficiency with design and management tools such as Canva, Google Slides, Figma, or LMS/CMS platforms like Docebo and Seismic.
Bonus Points For:
• Experience managing internal and external content across multiple languages and diverse cultural contexts.
• Advanced expertise in Knowledge Base Management, including help centers, wikis, and technical databases.
• Prior experience in the AECO or construction technology industry.
