The Opportunity:

Docebo NA Inc., seeks a Senior Data Scientist (SEO & AI) in Athens, GA, to drive end-to-end SEO strategy, covering technical, on-page, content, and conversion optimization. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates available to work in EST or CST timezones.

The Requirements:
  • Master\'s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or foreign equivalent)

  • 7+ years of experience driving SEO analytics and applying search-focused data science using platforms such as GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio to deliver performance insights and guide content strategy

  • 5+ years of experience in technical SEO, including: schema optimization, site audit, and performance enhancement through structured data and crawl diagnostics

  • 3+ years of experience managing and analyzing large-scale datasets (10M+ rows / 100GB+), including:

    • Internal data sources (registrations, call transcripts, chat logs)

    • External data sources (search trends, reviews, forums)

    • Identification of actionable search and content insights

  • 3+ years of experience utilizing Python, SQL, and NLP to develop AI-driven forecasting, ranking, and content optimization models supporting organic search strategies

  • The position requires domestic travel to Georgia twice a year.
