Job description

NOTICE OF FILING UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR'S
PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Division Controller, ATS Automation, LLC, Rolling Meadows, IL. Prepare audit documentation and support government reporting. Collaborate with senior financial leaders to develop best practices, mitigate business risks with the GM, safeguard company assets, and implement proactive systems for controls, reporting, and audits. Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping, adherence to internal controls and consistent application of financial reporting standards. Maintain compliance with current International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), government regulations, and Bill 198/Sarbanes-Oxley. Analyze and communicate divisional operational and financial results using standard corporate reporting tools. Collaborate with various teams to review policies and procedures and develop an ATS best practice approach for the company's financial management. Improve financial systems and perform reporting and contract negotiations. Examine areas of business risk within the division and propose policies for minimization. Focus on data and system protection and restoration in protect and restore data and systems in the event of breach.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $180,086.66/yr. Standard Company Benefits.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and three (3)
years of related work experience.

Must have three (3) years of experience with/in:

  • Preparing annual budgets, forecasts and long-term plans;
  • Conducting risk assessments for various departments and/or projects analyzing potential business impacts of
    business interruptions such as natural disasters, security breach, legal claims, operational risks, and market
    disruptions;
  • Developing and training financial staff to ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to in a consistent
    manner;
  • Filing necessary government reports and returns, and/or preparation of year-end audit files;
  • Maintaining and improving existing ISO standards and systems;
  • Leveraging knowledge in manufacturing, financial, and cost accounting environments;
  • Utilizing Enterprise resource planning (ERP)/PC-based accounting systems and software tools;
  • Advising on the leadership team to drive profitability and growth of the organization; and
  • Managing the P&L and balance sheet with revenue and/or costs targets of at least 70 million USD.

Up to 20% domestic and international travel required.
