Job description

LaSalle Network has partnered with a global, publicly traded manufacturing organization to place a Division Controller in a highly visible, business-facing leadership role within a $100M subdivision.
This person will serve as a strategic finance partner to the division's senior operations leader-owning full P&L performance, driving insights from KPIs, and ensuring strong financial reporting and controls across multiple locations.
Main responsibilities:
Finance rhythm of the business (close, forecast/outlook, annual plan), translating operational performance into actionable recommendations, and elevating processes and talent as the division scales. Meaningful exposure to leadership beyond the division level.
Required skillset & background:
7+ years of manufacturing finance experience with strong cost/inventory accounting, budgeting/forecasting, and P&L ownership. People leadership required, along with a track record of influencing operational partners. ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, JDE, or similar) preferred.
Compensation: Base salary is budgeted between $170,000 to $190,000 plus 20% annual bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
This office is located in Carol Stream, IL and requires on-site with hybrid flexibility and up to 20% travel
