What you'll do Employee Engagement Strategy Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that align with business priorities and organizational culture Partner with People Team and executive leadership to create and support programs that enhance employee experience, morale, and retention Support enterprise-wide engagement moments such as campaigns and recognition programs Analyze engagement data (e.g., surveys, feedback) to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements Inclusion & Diversity Support inclusion and diversity initiatives through effective communication and employee engagement strategies Partner with People Team and I&D group leaders and executive sponsors to promote inclusive behaviors and awareness campaigns Ensure communications reflect diverse perspectives and foster a sense of belonging across the workforce Help integrate inclusive practices into engagement strategies and messaging Stakeholder Collaboration Work cross-functionally with HR, leadership, and business teams to align engagement and inclusion efforts Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on engagement best practices and communication approaches Support change management and organizational initiatives through targeted engagement strategies Communications In partnership with your Communications colleagues, develop and execute integrated internal communication strategies that inform, inspire, and connect employees In partnership with your Communications colleagues, create compelling content across channels (email, intranet, video, leadership messaging) What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 5-8+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, inclusion, culture or related roles Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills Experience designing and executing engagement programs or campaigns Familiarity with inclusion and diversity concepts and how they influence employee experience Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Experience using engagement survey tools or analytics is a plus Key Competencies Strategic thinking and planning Exceptional communication and storytelling Employee-centric mindset Collaboration and influence Data-driven decision making Cultural awareness and inclusivity What Success Looks Like Increased employee engagement and participation in key initiatives Clear, consistent, and impactful internal communications Strong alignment between leadership messaging and employee experience Observable enhancement in culture, connection, and sense of belonging Reasonable Accommodation Sabre is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to applicants with disabilities.
