ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to support hiring for the rapidly growing Kings League ecosystem in the US.
You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent across multiple functions, working closely with internal stakeholders to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing)
  • Headhunt top profiles within sports, entertainment, and tech ecosystems
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines in the US market
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
  • Ensure a smooth and premium candidate experience

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in recruitment / headhunting (agency or in-house)
  • Strong exposure to sports, entertainment, media or tech ecosystems
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong sourcing skills and hunter mindset
