Job description

Description
Kingsman Property Partners is seeking a highly driven Sales Closer to join our growing real estate solutions company.
This is a full-time position requiring availability Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Team members are expected to work approximately 35-40 hours per week and maintain consistent availability during standard business hours to support buyer communication, transaction management, and team operations.
This is a true closing and transaction management role with consistent deal flow and significant earning potential. Representatives in this position are provided with company-controlled inventory of investment properties and are responsible for marketing properties, building relationships with investors and homebuyers, negotiating purchase agreements, managing transactions, and converting contracts into successfully closed deals. This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation position.
Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000+ OTE. Within this role, you'll receive a $3,000/month base with a tiered commission structure. Representatives earn commissions by maximizing gross profit, successfully selling company inventory, and ensuring transactions close efficiently. Top performers who execute consistently, negotiate effectively, and protect company profitability have a realistic earning potential of $85,000-$130,000+ annually.
As Kingsman Property Partners continues to grow, top performers will have opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities and play a key role in expanding the company's disposition and sales organization.
As a Real Estate Investment Sales Representative (Dispositions), you will market investment properties, build relationships with investors and qualified homebuyers, negotiate purchase agreements, coordinate transactions, and ensure every property progresses efficiently from contract to closing. You will work closely with our Acquisitions, Operations, and Transaction Coordination teams while playing a direct role in maximizing company revenue.
This is a high-performance role for someone who thrives in negotiation, relationship building, organization, and execution. Success requires balancing strong sales ability with exceptional attention to detail, as you'll be responsible for managing multiple active transactions while delivering an outstanding experience to our buyers.
The ideal candidate is confident, organized, emotionally disciplined, coachable, competitive, and driven by results. They enjoy building long-term relationships, negotiating win-win outcomes, and managing multiple moving pieces without letting deals fall through the cracks. This is not a passive customer service role; it is a revenue-generating position for someone who enjoys closing business while protecting company profitability.
This position is primarily virtual; however, candidates must be located within the Chicagoland area, including the City of Chicago and surrounding suburbs, as the team meets in person on a quarterly basis.
