As a Starts Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping turn our customers' dreams into reality by ensuring every home begins with accuracy, attention to detail, and collaboration. You'll work alongside dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering an exceptional homebuilding experience from the very start.ย 


Requirements

  • Must have full working knowledge of blueprints, red lining, and construction materials.
  • Must be able to proficiently complete pricing tasks for projects.
  • Must have full comprehension of mathematical skills and how they are applicable in a situation.
  • Must examine pricing, plans, and specifications for accuracy and clarity and extract any inconsistencies.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate the results from all file analyses in a clear and concise manner.
  • Must be able to follow multi-step procedures to properly document all pre-construction changes to plans and specifications.
  • Must be committed to following tasks to completion in a timely manner.
  • Customer service - When the needs of the company or its customers dictate, this job will entail whatever needs to be done that is assigned by a supervisor/manager and is within the employee's capability to deliver.
