We're building an iconic cloud data security company for the multi-cloud era, and we need builders like you to drive our vision forward.

We're hiring a world-class Director of Demand Generation to lead the next phase of our growth. You'll work alongside builders who have helped to shape the success of companies such as Google, Okta, Rubrik, AWS, VMware, and more. This is a key role within the marketing leadership team to build the demand generation function within a fast-growing, category-defining startup. You Will:
  • Develop and Execute Campaigns: Create, optimize, and analyze lead generation campaigns, including webinars, podcasts, marketing events, and advertising sponsorships.
  • Align Stakeholders: Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive alignment on campaigns, ensuring pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Leverage Data and Analytics: Build weekly data insights and performance metrics to refine and optimize campaign strategies.
  • Optimize Performance: Continuously improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI across multiple marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership: Build strong relationships with Sales leadership to ensure alignment with GTM strategies, driving measurable pipeline and sales results.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the demand generation budget efficiently across channels and programs.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and develop a diverse, high-performing demand generation and campaigns team.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Understand and address customer needs at every stage of the buyer's journey.
You Have:
  • 8+ years of Demand Generation experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B, SaaS, or Cybersecurity company.
  • Integrated Campaign Expertise: Proven experience running integrated campaigns from inception to execution.
  • Strategic Understanding: Deep knowledge of enterprise organizations' decision-making processes.
  • Journey Mapping: Expertise in creating programs for each stage of the buyer's journey that add value, create engagement, and drive action.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Experience building shared measurement frameworks to track and optimize demand generation outcomes.
  • Metrics Focus: Strong analytical skills to measure and iterate campaign success.
  • Empathy for Customers: Historical understanding and empathy for customer and product user needs.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and organizational abilities.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning with senior leadership.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
