Job Summary:

They are seeking a Project Manager of Digital Transformation to oversee complex IT programs, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale initiatives and aligning digital transformation strategies with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee project governance, risk mitigation, on-time delivery, and stakeholder engagement across the S/4 HANA Programs.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, senior management, and project team members, and effectively communicate program status and risks.
• Allocate resources efficiently, manage resource management plan and coordinate with other departments for support in all phases of the program.

• Support and contribute to change management activities and deliverables ensuring timely and high-quality support for change management.
• Be an active member of the Digital Transformation leadership team within the organization. Ensure that digital transformation roadmaps and strategies align with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field
• Between 1-3 years of experience in project management or program management
• Between 1-3 years of experience in managing projects focused on technical change management
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, SAP, Jira
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and working under tight deadlines.
• Program Governance Experience
• SAP Implementation Experience 1-3 years
Preferred:
• PMP Certification preferred
• S4 HANA experience a PLUS
