About the Role

We are hiring aSenior Consultant - Digital Transformationto support and lead client transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can connect business needs with technical teams, lead client engagement, structure delivery, and ensure solutions are aligned with operational priorities.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, developers, and analysts to define business problems, map processes, build KPI frameworks, coordinate project delivery, and support the successful implementation of technology-enabled solutions.


WhatYou'llDo


Lead Client Engagement:
Lead client meetings, workshops, interviews, and working sessions to understand business challenges, align stakeholders, and support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Bridge Business and Technical Teams:
Act as an integrator between business stakeholders and technical teams. Translate operational needs into clear requirements and help ensure technical solutions are aligned with businessobjectives.

Map and Analyze Processes:
Develop current-state and future-state process maps,identifypain points, operational risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop KPI Frameworks:
Define KPI frameworks, performance measures, reporting needs, and success criteria to help clientsmonitorprogress and evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives.

Support Project Delivery:
Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, meetings, and follow-ups. Help ensure workstreams stay organized, aligned, and moving toward implementation.

Collaborate with Technical Teams:
Work with developers, analysts, and solution designers to clarify requirements,validateoutputs, support testing, and ensure solutions meet client needs.

Prepare Client Deliverables:
Create clear presentations, process documentation, business requirements, status updates, reports, and executive-ready materials.

Support Implementation and Change:
Assist with rollout planning, user adoption, training materials, stakeholder communications, and post-implementation support.

Contribute to Business Development:
Support proposals by helping define business needs, delivery approach, scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.


Qualifications


Required

  • University education completed in Commerce, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of full-time professional experience in consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, process improvement, project delivery, technology implementation, or a similar role
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements for technical teams
  • Experience leading or supporting client workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings
  • Experience with process mapping, business analysis, or operational improvement
  • Ability to develop KPI frameworks, performance measures, and reporting requirements
  • Strong project coordination skills, including managing timelines, deliverables, follow-ups, and workstream activities
  • Excellent communication skills with both business and technical audiences
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Mustbe located in the Greater Montreal Area


Considered an Asset

  • Professional experience in consulting or client-facing project delivery
  • Experience in aviation, aerospace,logistics, manufacturing, or other operational environments
  • Experience in Business Technology Management, technology implementation, or digital transformation projects
