Over thecourse of a 10-12 week internship, interns are immersed in thebusiness-contributing to real projects, building practical skills, and gainingvaluable exposure to our teams. They are supported through intentionallearning, mentorship, and a strong sense of community. These experiences aredesigned to build a strong pipeline of talent for future full-timeopportunities, including Leadership Development Programs and direct hire roles.
Program Overview
KohlerCo.'s Digital Internship Program provides students with the opportunity to gainhands-on experience across Kohler's Digital organization and business teamswhile contributing to meaningful work that supports the future of Kohler. As ahighly integrated and growth-oriented company, Kohler is committed todeveloping early career talent and building a strong pipeline for futurefull-time opportunities, including entry-level digital roles and the Kohler ITLeadership Development Program.
Asa Digital Intern, you will contribute to initiatives that help enhanceand support the digital products, platforms, and capabilities that powerKohler's business. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gainexposure to how technology, data, and digital solutions create value forcustomers, improve business processes, and drive innovation across theenterprise. Through meaningful project work, mentorship, networking, andleadership engagement, you will develop practical skills while helping shapeKohler's digital future.

  • Contribute to meaningful digital, technology, data, and business-focused projects that support Kohler's strategic priorities and create real business impact.
  • Collaborate with digital, technology, and business teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and help deliver innovative solutions.

  • Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's program from an accredited institution with a focus in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology or Sciences, IT Management, Data & Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.
