Entry Level: Associate Recruiter – 2026 Graduates

Location: West Hollywood, CA (Onsite)

Compensation: $42,500 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE: $70,000 Year 1)


The Role

As an Associate Consultant, you'll focus on the candidate side of the recruitment process, helping top professionals find their next opportunity with leading companies across the U.S.


You'll build relationships with candidates, learn about their experience and career goals, and guide them through the interview process from first conversation to offer acceptance. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you'll become an expert in your specialist market and play a key role in helping companies hire top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Find and connect with candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
  • Speak with candidates to understand their experience, skills, and career goals

  • Prepare candidates for interviews and support them throughout the hiring process
