What You’ll Do

The FVP Digital Transformation Office is responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise digital vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with and enablement of FourLeaf’s growth and strategic priorities. They will identify opportunities to differentiate the digital portfolio, strengthening competitive positioning and supporting market expansion.

Acting as a change agent, this role will lead the transformation required to build and sustain a high-performing digital ecosystem, while serving as a thought leader on emerging digital trends and translating insights into strategic opportunities.

Core Contributions

  • Define and drive the enterprise digital strategy as a core lever of business growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning. Ensure the organization’s digital capabilities are intentionally aligned to accelerate member acquisition, deepen relationships, and increase long-term organizational value.
  • Translate enterprise priorities into a clear, forward-looking digital roadmap, ensuring initiatives are strategically aligned to drive growth, expand market presence, and strengthen engagement across all channels. Own the advancement of digital channel performance, expanding traffic, strengthening conversion, and deepening retention while enabling scalable growth across both local and national markets.
  • Develop and champion business cases that align digital investments to financial and strategic priorities, ensuring disciplined prioritization and strong returns. Lead and advance key digital initiatives, leveraging enterprise leadership and cross-functional influence to drive alignment and reinforce a growth-oriented approach.
  • Lead teams driving organizational change and digital transformation initiatives, including change management, training, operating model design, stakeholder engagement, and technology delivery while advancing a culture that embraces digitalization. Oversee a cross-functional team spanning digital product, UX, engineering, SEO/content, analytics, and DevOps, with accountability for strategic direction and delivery.
  • Identify and embed digital opportunities into enterprise strategy while staying ahead of emerging trends. Establish and manage vendor partnerships to incorporate leading technologies into the digital portfolio.
  • Own digital risk management, including fraud prevention and regulatory compliance, while partnering with key risk functions such as compliance, legal, vendor management, information security, and enterprise risk.

Assets You Will Bring 

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Field of Study: Technology, Digital Strategy, Business Administration/Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital strategy, transformation, or business innovation roles.

  • Proven experience defining and executing enterprise-level strategies that drive growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale initiatives across complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
  • Experience in website and digital applications development, digital banking, digital user experience and eCommerce.

  • Command in essential front end and web technologies such as HTML/XHTML/CSS/JavaScript.

  • Excellent communication skills with experience developing strategic presentations for executive leadership and Board of Directors.

The estimated salary for this role is $180,000.00 to $215,000.00 annually.
