Job description

Digital Transformation Lead

Hybrid | Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to join our team and drive the successful adoption of new technologies, business operations, and digital strategies within the organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing digital transformation initiatives and ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing current systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions that improve business efficiency, agility, and customer experiences. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams on a local and global scale to drive companywide digital transformation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to define and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Assess existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and digital solutions that drive business growth. Foster operational efficiencies across various geographies and departments.
  • Technology Implementation: Lead the implementation of digital tools, technologies, and platforms (such as cloud solutions, AI, data analytics, and automation tools) to enhance operational performance.
  • Change Management: Guide and support the organization through the digital transformation process by leading change management initiatives, training, and support for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing workflows.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance data to track the success of digital initiatives, provide actionable insights, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Digital Transformation is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, or IT strategy.
  • Proven experience in leading digital projects and initiatives, from ideation to execution.
  • Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders to achieve digital goals.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in digital transformation technologies (e.g., cloud computing, automation, AI/ML, ERP systems, CRM platforms).
  • Knowledge of CargoWise (C1), Wrike and Workday.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Certifications in Digital Transformation, Cloud Computing, Business Analysis, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or Certified Scrum Master).
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
