Position Summary

Winger Marketing is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated marketing initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. This position serves as the operational hub for assigned engagements, ensuring projects move efficiently from strategic planning through execution while maintaining exceptional standards of quality, collaboration, and client service.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in project leadership, stakeholder communication, workflow management, and cross-functional coordination within a professional marketing, advertising, communications, or creative services environment.


Primary Responsibilities

As Marketing Project Manager, you will provide leadership throughout the complete project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule integrity and delivery standards.
  • Developing project scopes, implementation plans, timelines, and production schedules.
  • Coordinating work across account services, creative, digital marketing, media, production, and external vendors.
  • Monitoring project progress and proactively addressing scheduling conflicts or resource constraints.
