Sound like you? We're in search of a talented Marketing Project Manager to join our Marketing Department.
The Marketing Project Manager is a highly hands-on role responsible for driving cross-functional marketing projects from kick-off through concepting, review, completion and reporting. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing and supports the development, planning and implementation of the annual Marketing Department roadmap. The Marketing Project Manager is essential to moving projects forward and involves close collaboration across the Marketing Department with team members in creative, paid media, social media, martech and communications, to name a few. to play a critical role in advancing our marketing technology ecosystem and ensuring data integrity across the organization.
This position is based out of Addison/Farmers Branch, TX (across the street from the Galleria Mall) and would join a team to support 225+ gym locations that are currently open or coming soon across nationwide. The position is a hybrid full-time, Monday thru Friday, with Mondays and Fridays being in-office days and Tue-Thu as optional to work from home or be in the office.

OVERVIEW
The Marketing Project Manager is a highly hands-on role responsible for driving cross-functional marketing projects from kick-off through concepting, review, completion and reporting. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing and supports the development, planning and implementation of the annual Marketing Department roadmap. The Marketing Project Manager is essential to moving projects forward and involves close collaboration across the Marketing Department with team members in creative, paid media, social media, martech and communications, to name a few.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the project management of Marketing Department projects, ensuring projects are briefed, communicated, launched and evaluated on time while consistently providing status updates and optimizations needed.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across creative, paid media, social, martech, communications and marketing.
  • Maintain the Monday.com workspace by creating board structures and folders while using automations to drive department wide efficiency.Manage project workflows including deliverables, deadlines, reviews, approvals and visibility, using project management and business tools to track progress and identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Own the creation and maintenance of all process documentation including SOPs and playbooks to ensure a single source of truth for scalable and efficient
  • Support the development of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting by maintaining timelines, documentation and project recaps to provide leadership opportunity for review and optimization.
  • Manage partnership and community relations assets and provide additional project management support as needed.
  • Support gym milestones, including presale launches, grand openings, capex, amenity launches, additions and removals as well as gym closures/reopenings by managing timelines, deliverables and key stakeholder coordination.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
We're looking for someone who:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects and priorities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally and providing proactive, real-time updates to team members and leadership.
  • Has experience in the fitness industry or a strong interest in health and fitness is a plus
  • Is flexible and can pivot according to business needs.
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or related field. (Requirement)
  • Has 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Possesses exceptional time management skills.
  • Is proficient in MS Office skills, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Is a power user of project management software such as Monday.com with the ability to architect board structures, workflows and automations.
  • Brings a great sense of humor, positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across a dynamic team environment.
