Job description

We're Looking for a Marketing Project Manager to Join our Team!
About Live Your Message (LYM)
Hi! We're Live Your Message, and our mission is to get people so excited about changing their lives that they stop dreaming - and start doing. We do that with "Choose Your Own Adventure" online business education which makes it possible for anyone with a big message for the world to reach more people, make more money and have a bigger impact than they could alone.
We invented The Experience Formula, a cutting-edge new way of creating online courses that gets 10-30X more student success than normal.
Our secret? Ethically addictive techniques normally found in the world of apps, games and social media to get people hooked on changing their lives. Our unique blend of adult learning theory, gamification, behavioral design and the psychology of motivation has launched a new movement in online education that's catching on fast.
As you can imagine, it's a good time to be in online education and our company and reach has been growing exponentially. We grew by 83% during the height of the pandemic, landing us on the Inc 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America for four years in a row.
Our company and our reach has been growing, and we're looking for an exceptional and committed Marketing Manager to join our team.
Here's What the Role Will Look Like for You:
Work closely with project managers, copywriters, tech teams and external agencies to coordinate timelines and ensure all marketing projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
Plan and create project charters, manage project workflows and keep campaigns aligned with objectives from kickoff to completion.
Own and manage the details of marketing projects, proactively surfacing potential risks and ensuring strategic shifts are made swiftly and efficiently when needed.
Ensure all materials going out-across email, social, funnels and promotions-are error-free, aligned with feedback and delivered on time.
Reach out to and manage relationships with potential content partners (for link-building campaigns) and collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
Keep the marketing engine running by collecting and reporting daily, weekly and monthly on campaign analytics, conversions and performance trends to the internal team.
Maintain a clear, coordinated calendar of review cycles and go-live dates to support seamless execution across all marketing channels.
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, collaborating with team members to ensure smooth delivery and consistent progress toward goals.
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies and bring forward fresh ideas to grow Live Your Message's audience and brand awareness.
About You:
You have 3+ years of experience working as a marketing manager, ideally for one or more online businesses in online education, coaching or training industries.
You're an A-player, committed to excellence, looking for a fast-paced work environment where you're surrounded by a team of high-performers who love what we do and who we serve.
While you love systems, processes and structure, you are flexible and can pivot quickly when needs change.
You have 3+ years of experience in Google Analytics.
You love the details and can see how they fit into the larger picture.
You're passionate about growth and self-improvement.
You're always upleveling your skills, working to be your best each day and want to make a positive impact on the world through the work that you do.
You take ownership of your work and results (when you have both wins and fails).
You love to collaborate, but can work independently with little direction.
You work well in an environment where you receive feedback and direction from various team members.
You thrive in staying two steps ahead of others and always show up prepared.
Bonus Points:
You're proficient and have experience with Google Workspace and Monday.com.
You have experience working in Keap (Infusionsoft).
You excel at understanding brand voice and can help QA assets.
The Deets
This is a full-time position with compensation commensurate with experience and skillset. In addition to working with an awesome team, Live Your Message offers great perks such as:
* Flexible PTO to support work/life balance
* Flexible work schedule during Summer
* Paid holidays
* Medical, dental and vision insurance
* Company-sponsored retirement plans
* Educational stipend in support of professional growth
The role is also 100% remote, but you need to be available to work during "normal business hours" (approximately 9am to 6pm Pacific time, give or take two hours) regardless of the time zone you live in. Some weekend and night work will be required during events and launch activities. And, having a reliable up-to-date computer is a must!
Why You'll Thrive Working With Us
At Live Your Message, you won't just be another cog in a corporate machine - you'll be a key player in a tight-knit, high-performing team that's rewriting the rules of online education.
Here's what makes this opportunity different:
Impact Over Bureaucracy: Every detail you catch directly shapes the experience thousands of students will have when they take our programs. You'll see your work make an immediate, visible difference.
Creative Variety: One day you'll be proofing a workbook, the next QA'ing a slide deck, the next checking video captions or funnel pages. You'll flex your skills across mediums instead of repeating the same task every day.
Mission-Driven Work: Everything we create helps entrepreneurs stop dreaming and start doing. If you love the idea of helping people change their lives, you'll fit right in.
Flexible + Remote: Work from anywhere while staying connected with a global, high-performing team.
This role is perfect if you're a detail-obsessed professional who wants meaningful, creative work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture - not just another job with a paycheck.
By now you have a sense of who we are, what we do and the opportunity that awaits you. If this position is calling out to you, we want to hear from you!
