Job description

Position Summary

CORSAIR is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to support the execution of global marketing initiatives.

This role is responsible for managing project timelines across the Photography, Video, and Graphic Design teams, while aligning closely with Campaign Managers to ensure coordinated planning and execution. The position oversees cross-functional marketing workflows, maintains visibility of project status across teams, and ensures campaigns are delivered on schedule through proactive coordination, communication, and project management.

In addition, this position will own the coordination and distribution of all corporate and Business Unit press releases, working closely with internal stakeholders and external PR partners to ensure timely and accurate communications.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously, and enjoys bringing structure, accountability, and clear communication to complex marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Project Management

  • Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects from planning through execution.
  • Build and maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate work across Creative, Product Marketing, Social Media, Web, Regional Marketing, PR, and any external agencies.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify scheduling conflicts or potential risks.
  • Ensure stakeholders remain informed of project status, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Maintain project management systems and reporting dashboards.
  • Continuously improve marketing workflows and project processes.
  • Host at least three weekly check-ins with video, photography, and design teams.

Marketing Operations

  • Support planning and execution of global marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with resource planning and workload visibility across the marketing team.
  • Coordinate campaign launch schedules across multiple product categories.
  • Help standardize project documentation, timelines, and best practices.
  • Track project deliverables to ensure quality and timely completion.

Corporate Communications and PR

  • Coordinate the creation, approval, scheduling, and distribution of all CORSAIR and Business Unit press releases.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Legal throughout the review process.
  • Maintain the corporate press release calendar.
  • Ensure all communications are accurate, on brand, and distributed according to launch schedules.
  • Track distribution of press materials and their performance.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Jira or similar.

Preferred

  • Experience working within a global marketing organization.
  • Experience coordinating product launches.
  • Familiarity with PR workflows and press release distribution.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and external agencies.
  • Knowledge of consumer technology, gaming, or PC hardware industries.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
