Position overview:

The Marketing Project Manager partners closely with the Director of Marketing to coordinate and execute marketing and communications initiatives that support the firm's strategic goals. This role manages multiple projects simultaneously, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure marketing campaigns, client communications, events, and other initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and in compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities:

Marketing Project Management

  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects from planning through execution, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Track project progress and maintain high standards for quality, brand consistency, and compliance.

Marketing Communications and Events

  • Manage email marketing campaigns, client communications, newsletters, and quarterly reports using Constant Contact and other marketing platforms.
  • Plan and coordinate client and Center of Influence (COI) events, including seminars, webinars, and sponsored events.
  • Support website updates, social media initiatives, press releases, sponsorships, and advertising efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance and marketing analytics to support future communication strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5 plus years of marketing, communications, or project management experience, preferably within financial services or another regulated professional services environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating events, email marketing campaigns, and marketing communications.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Constant Contact and project management software a plus.
COMPENSATION:

$70,000-$90,000 annually

The actual starting salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other relevant factors.
