Our Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced B2B marketing environment while learning how marketing supports real business growth.
The Marketing Intern will assist the marketing team with campaign execution, social media management, sales support materials, and day-to-day marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, comfortable with technology and AI tools, and interested in learning all aspects of modern marketing.
This internship provides exposure to branding, digital marketing, graphic design, email marketing, content creation, and campaign management within the commercial construction industry.

Essential Functions

  • Assist with scheduling social media posts across platforms including LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Help execute email marketing campaigns and graphics
  • Create and update marketing assets such as:
    • Social media graphics
    • Email images
    • Flyers and sales sheets
    • Technical documents
    • Packaging
  • Support sales enablement initiatives by organizing and updating marketing collateral
  • Assist with campaign execution and marketing project coordination
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and other platforms to support brainstorming and workflow efficiency
  • Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials
  • Organize digital assets, photos, and marketing files
  • Assist in the data management across digital marketing platforms

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Graphic Design
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new marketing software, platforms, and tools efficiently
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred
  • Experience using AI tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn

Preferred Skills
  • Experience creating graphics or short-form marketing content
  • Basic understanding of email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar marketing/project management tools is beneficial
