Job description

Marketing Intern

Four markets. Multiple lead generation systems. We’re hiring a paid marketing intern to help make them work harder.
This isn’t a posting job. We run lead generation across Google Ads, Google Business Profile, review generation, and social in Portland, Vancouver, Salem, and Phoenix. You’d be working inside those systems, not just filling a content calendar.
How it works:
You bring ideas. We review them together. Approved ideas get built, and you see what they did to actual booked jobs. Four markets means you can test something in one and compare it against the others, so you’ll know whether it worked or whether it was noise.
What you’d leave with:
A portfolio of campaigns you designed, launched, and measured. Real numbers from real markets. The kind of work you can walk into an interview and defend.
Who fits:
Someone who thinks in systems, not posts. Curious about paid acquisition. Comfortable on a phone camera when the job calls for it. Willing to pitch an idea that might get shot down.
Set by minimum wage where you live. 10 to 15 hours a week, flexible around class.
Email ------------ with something you’ve built or run. A campaign, a TikTok, a side project. Tell us what you’d test first.
