Job description

We are seeking a full-time CRM Transformation Lead to provide long-term ownership and leadership of our enterprise CRM strategy, including the immediate execution of an aggressive migration to Salesforce and the ongoing evolution of the platform post-go-live.

This role is ideal for a seasoned CRM leader who combines deep Salesforce implementation expertise with strong transformation leadership and change management capabilities. The CRM Transformation Lead will be accountable not only for successful delivery, but also for driving sustained adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement of Salesforce as a core enterprise platform.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise CRM Ownership & Strategy

Own the long-term CRM vision, strategy, and roadmap with Salesforce as the system of record

Lead the CRM transformation from legacy platforms to Salesforce, from inception through stabilization and optimization

Ensure Salesforce capabilities align to business strategy, growth objectives, and customer experience goals

Serve as the primary business and technology owner for Salesforce post-implementation

Salesforce Migration & Program Leadership

Lead and deliver a large-scale Salesforce migration under an aggressive timeline

Oversee all phases of delivery: discovery, design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and hypercare

Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs to ensure successful and timely outcomes

Ensure high data quality, security, scalability, and performance standards

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, IT, and external system integrators

Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations teams

Provide clear executive updates, outcome tracking, and decision support

Build strong cross-functional governance and operating rhythms

Change Management & Adoption

Lead enterprise-wide change management and adoption strategy for Salesforce

Partner with training, enablement, and communications teams to drive user readiness

Establish adoption metrics and continuous feedback mechanisms

Act as a change champion, embedding standardized processes and Salesforce best practices

Salesforce Platform Stewardship

Provide thought leadership on Salesforce architecture, product selection, and integration patterns

Guide decisions across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud etc., as applicable)

Ensure ongoing optimization, release management, and platform health post-go-live

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience leading CRM programs, digital transformations, or enterprise technology initiatives

Extensive prior experience leading Salesforce implementations, preferably in complex or enterprise environments

Proven track record delivering CRM transformations under tight timelines

Strong experience in change management, process transformation, and user adoption

Experience managing system integrators and external delivery partners

Excellent executive communication, leadership presence, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, or similar)

Experience owning Salesforce as a long-term enterprise platform, not just a one-time implementation

Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models

Experience operating in fast-paced, highly matrixed organizations

What Success Looks Like

Successful, on-time Salesforce migration with minimal disruption

High user adoption and satisfaction across the business and measurement to key KPIs

Clear business value realization from improved processes, data quality, and insights

A scalable Salesforce platform that supports future growth and innovation
