  • Clear communication and executive presence, the ability to speak, write, present, and translate complex ideas with confidence and impact.

  • Leadership and proactive problem-solving, comfort leading through ambiguity, engaging teams at all levels, and taking initiative to tackle challenges.

  • Curiosity, innovation, and results orientation, a continuous learning mindset, passion for new ideas, and drive to achieve measurable business outcomes.

What you'll need:

  • Student eligibility: Current student pursuing a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Technology, MBA, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, AI/Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields with an expected graduation date of Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.

  • Strategy & Transformation: Coursework or experience in business strategy, market research, supply chain, consulting, economics, finance, applied mathematics, transformation, or data-driven decision making.

  • Sourcing: Exposure to procurement, supplier management, category strategy, finance, economics, business case development, contracting, or negotiation fundamentals.

  • Planning, Logistics & Operations: Interest or experience in operations management, forecasting, demand planning, logistics, inventory, process improvement, analytics, service performance, or end-to-end execution.
