Kestra Holdings is seeking aย Digitalย Experienceย Managerย to lead website, content authoring, and organic growth initiatives across all Kestra business units.ย 

This roleย is responsible forย owning the digital experience from strategy through execution, including website optimization, content governance, SEO and AEO, analytics, and Sitecore CMS content operations. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, operational rigor, andย handsonย execution, and can partner closely with Creative,ย MarTech, Marketing, and business stakeholders.ย 

The position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, with a hybrid work schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).ย 

What youโ€™ll Do:

  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies to drive website traffic, engagement, and conversion.ย 
  • Lead SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) efforts, including optimization for search engines,ย AIdrivenย search, and generative answer surfaces.ย 
  • Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and technical SEO audits.ย 
  • Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio, and SEO platforms.ย 
  • Translate data insights into actionable optimization and content recommendations.ย 
  • Own website initiatives across all Kestra companies, including ongoing optimization, enhancements, and launches.ย 
  • Partner withย MarTechย and development teams to define requirements, manage backlogs, and deliver updates through agile workflows.ย 
  • Ensure websites meet performance, accessibility, and governance standards.ย 
  • Serve as the primary website point of contact forย crossfunctionalย teams and stakeholders.ย 
  • Own Sitecore content authoring standards, workflows, and documentation.ย 
  • Establish andย maintainย content governance policies, including:ย ย 
  • Authoring guidelinesย (aligned with brand standards, voice, tone, and messaging consistency)ย 
  • SEO standardsย (for text, video, imagery, and other content formats to ensure discoverability and performance)ย 
  • QA and publishing processesย (syncedย with corporate requirements, compliance, and applicable industry regulations)ย 
  • Enable and support content authors across the organization with clear documentation and training.ย 
  • Oversee content creation, editing, scheduling, and publishing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.ย 
  • Identifyย and mitigateย CMSrelatedย risks, limitations, and authoring issues.ย 
  • Continuously improve website UX, navigation, structure, and content clarity.ย 
  • Translate design intent intoย highperformingย digital experiences.ย 
  • Validate usability, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility standardsย 
  • Own web, SEO, and content performance reporting.ย 
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting cadences for leadership and stakeholders.ย 
  • Provide insights tied to business goals, advisor experience, and marketing outcomes.ย 
  • Work closely with Creative, Marketing Strategy,ย MarTech, Compliance, and external vendors.ย 
  • Translate businessย objectivesย into digital requirements and execution plans.ย 
  • Engage stakeholders to align website and content initiatives with organizational priorities.ย

What You Bring:ย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree inย Digitalย Experience Design, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.ย 
  • 5โ€“7 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, and content strategy.ย 
  • Handsonย experience managingย enterpriseย CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred).ย 
  • Strong understanding of AIโ€™s impact on search behavior, content discovery, and user experience.ย ย 
  • Experienceย optimizingย content for SEO, AEO, and generative search environments.ย ย 
  • HTML/CSS Experienceย requiredย 
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and emerging AEO considerations.ย 
  • Experience developing and enforcing content authoring and governance standards.ย 
  • Proficiencyย with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, GSC, Looker Studio).ย 
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize work, and collaborateย crossfunctionally.ย 
  • Strong written, verbal, and documentation skills.ย
