We provide a comprehensive range of currency services and products, including our Currency Converter, Market Analysis, Currency Data API and quick, easy, secure Money Transfers for individuals and businesses. We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app and by phone. Last year, we helped over 300 million people access information about the currencies that matter to them and over 225,000 people used us to send money overseas.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
Xe is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to own and scale the end-to-end digital experience across all Xe-owned properties, including web, landing pages, and key conversion journeys.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role is responsible for defining and executing the digital experience roadmap-bringing together SEO/AEO, site architecture, UX, content, CRO, and lead capture into a unified, performance-driven ecosystem.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role at the intersection of marketing, product, engineering, and analytics. The Digital Experience Lead will ensure that Xe's digital surfaces are optimized for discoverability, usability, conversion, and activation, directly impacting growth, efficiency, and customer experience globally.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the digital experience roadmap across Xe-owned properties, especially website and landing page journeys
  • Define priorities for site experience, page architecture, content mapping, SEO / AEO, and conversion paths
  • Oversee site engineering to improve technical site performance, integrations, and releases
  • Oversee web content operations, including site content updates, landing page publishing, CMS workflows, and QA
  • Partner with SEO / AEO specialist to improve discoverability via site structure, content mapping, and tech optimization
  • Partner with CRO / UX strategist to define testing roadmap, improve user journeys, and increase conversion
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to improve forms, tagging, tracking, routing, and marketing automation handoffs
  • Coordinate with Product, Lifecycle, and Analytics on app activation, post-signup journeys, and funnel performance
  • Prioritize digital improvements based on customer behavior, funnel data, and business impact

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • 8-12+ years in digital experience, website strategy, growth, web product, digital marketing, conversion optimization, or
    fintech / consumer digital businesses
  • Strong understanding of web experience, site architecture, SEO / AEO, CMS workflows, UX, and conversion testing
  • Experience partnering with engineering, product, design, marketing ops, analytics, and channel teams
  • Ability to translate business priorities into a digital roadmap across site, SEO, content, CRO, and lead capture needs

XE offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role ranges from ($140,000USD to $160,000USD). Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
