The Digital Experience Strategist brings expertise in search, customer experience, and marketing automation to help clients make smarter decisions, connect digital capabilities, and create measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Advise
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on search, websites, customer journeys, and marketing automation.
  • Translate technical concepts into practical business recommendations.
  • Help clients make confident digital decisions.

Recommend
  • Conduct digital assessments, audits, and opportunity analyses.
  • Develop practical roadmaps that improve discoverability, customer experience, and lead generation.
  • Present recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Support
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure recommendations are implemented effectively.
