About the role
 

Execute the digital merchandising strategy for all business areas and functional areas of the website. Identify opportunities and recommend new concepts to drive sales and improve our customer's digital experience. The role will also serve as the point of contact between merchandising, site operations, and marketing.

The impact you can have

  • Communicate and execute digital merchandising strategy responsible for the integration and merchandising of key product areas throughout the website to drive conversion
  • Actively analyze the business to provide significant insights into performance - assessing category, customer, and shopping behavior through the digital channel
  • Work closely with Digital Merchandising Team to execute site merchandising strategies to drive channel sales including homepage, featured experiences, and navigation
  • Partner with Digital Merchandising/cross-functional  team to provide CTAs for marketing and validation of emails/site assets
  • Run & analyze product reporting weekly/monthly; analyzing site metrics and product sales
  • Responsible for curated product in pertinent fashion folders - set up, sequencing, and maintenance - partner with Merchandising teams to execute curation and product optimization
  • Understand the competition by conducting competitive benchmarking to enhance site experience
  • Flexible to work during off-business hours to support business needs (floorset set-up, promotional changes, etc.)

You’ll bring to the role
 

  • A strong product story-teller with passion to bring product to life online
  • Balance of creativity and conceptual thinking with analytical and project management skills
  • 3+ years of merchandising and/or buying experience.
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Business acumen to drive results with strong understanding of digital metrics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines; can multitask and prioritize efficiently
  • Positive attitude and passionate about process improvement
  • Strong understanding of website merchandising, user experience, and eCommerce best practices
