Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Category Merchandising Analyst to support the growth of a large-scale B2B eCommerce business. This role will focus on digital merchandising, category performance, online revenue growth, assortment optimization, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital merchandising, category management, B2B eCommerce, catalog management, assortment planning, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute digital merchandising strategies across B2B and B2C eCommerce channels.
  • Analyze category performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize online assortment, pricing, promotions, availability, and product presentation.
  • Partner with Product, Pricing, Promotions, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Catalog teams.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates, search performance, product discoverability, and customer experience.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase revenue and attachment rates.
  • Use analytics tools to track KPIs, campaign performance, category performance, and customer behavior.
  • Support omnichannel merchandising and Go-to-Market plans.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering and catalog teams to ensure accurate and optimized product information and site experience.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Merchandising or eCommerce.
  • 2+ years of B2B eCommerce experience.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Digital merchandising
    • Category management
    • Assortment planning
    • Pricing strategies
    • Promotions
    • Online catalog management
    • Product taxonomy
    • Product presentation
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Excellent problem-solving and execution capabilities.
  • Recent, hands-on digital merchandising/eCommerce experience is required.
