The Digital Experience and Merchandising (DE&M) team defines, develops and delivers an exceptional shopping experience for Apple Store Online customers across all of our digital platforms. As a Digital Merchandising Specialist, you will work on a variety of projects and initiatives, including new product introductions, commercial programs, merchandising planning and optimizations, reporting and analysis.
Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive digital merchandising strategies and executing plans across a variety of programs, campaigns, and initiatives for the Apple Store Online platforms.","responsibilities":"Drive awareness and consideration for key Apple products, programs, and value props through the planning and execution of merchandising content and creative across the Apple Store Online and the Apple Store app.
Translate customer insights and business goals into actionable merchandising strategies.
Optimize digital merchandising against KPIs through multi-variate testing and performance analysis. Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams including Commercial Marketing, Marcom, Commercial Programs, Digital Experience, and Analytics.
Author business briefs to define merchandising strategies, requirements, program messaging, positioning, and KPIs.
Provide direction and feedback on creative and copy deliverables.
Identify testing and merchandising optimization opportunities.
Present proposals and learnings to senior leadership.
Identify process improvements through AI and emerging technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS, MBA a plus.
Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional workflows and oversee multiple moving parts simultaneously.
Ability to influence and align leadership and stakeholders.
Comfortable functioning in ambiguity and rapid change.
Experience with digital tools, systems, and website analytics including Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years experience in e-commerce, retail, or tech industry, with a background in digital merchandising, marketing, or equivalent.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings effectively through compelling storytelling.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
