Job description

Position: Digital Merchandising Analyst

Location: Duluth, GA (Onsite - 3 Days/Week)

Role Overview

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Merchandising Analyst to help elevate the online customer experience and accelerate revenue growth across our B2B eCommerce business. As part of the Digital Experience team, you will leverage data, merchandising best practices, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize product discovery, improve conversion, and drive commercial performance.

This role offers the opportunity to influence merchandising strategy for high-value product categories while partnering with teams across pricing, marketing, operations, product management, and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute digital merchandising initiatives that enhance product visibility and customer engagement across online channels.
  • Evaluate category and product performance using analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Maintain and improve online assortments by ensuring accurate product information, competitive pricing, and inventory availability.
  • Work closely with category managers and commercial teams to implement promotional campaigns and merchandising calendars.
  • Monitor key eCommerce metrics such as conversion rate, search effectiveness, average order value, and customer engagement.
  • Develop recommendations to improve cross-selling, upselling, and product recommendations throughout the customer journey.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to measure merchandising effectiveness and business performance.
  • Support omnichannel initiatives by aligning digital merchandising strategies with broader go-to-market objectives.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and recommend enhancements to the online shopping experience.
  • Coordinate with catalog, content, and engineering teams to ensure website accuracy, usability, and optimal product presentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce, or online retail, including at least 2 years supporting B2B eCommerce platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of digital merchandising principles, product assortment management, pricing optimization, and promotional planning.
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into business recommendations.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with enterprise eCommerce platforms and product information management (PIM) systems.
  • Familiarity with search optimization, personalization, and customer journey optimization.
  • Understanding of omnichannel commerce and digital customer experience strategies.
  • Experience supporting agile, cross-functional teams in a data-driven environment.
