Job description

A Digital Merchandising Coordinator in eCommerce optimizes the online shopping experience to drive sales, managing product launches, site navigation, and visual merchandising. They act as a liaison between marketing, creative, and web engineering teams, ensuring accurate product data, captivating imagery, and strategic, searchable product placement. 

The ideal candidate will be commutable to the Concord, CA office for occasional onsite collaboration during local business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Maintenance & Strategy: Update product listings, curate collections, and manage site navigation (categories/menus).

  • Product Launches: Coordinate new product setups, ensuring imagery, copy, and attributes are accurate.

  • Performance Optimization: Analyze data on product performance and search behavior to boost conversions and optimize SEO.

  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee "sorting and pinning" (product sequencing) to ensure the homepage and category pages are visually appealing and trendy.

  • Cross-functional Support: Work with Marketing to align site content with promotional campaigns and email marketing. 

Essential Skills
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills.

  • 1-3+ years in eCommerce, retail, or digital marketing.

Compensation
  • Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we'd reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. Exceptions may be made for exceptional individuals. For additional information on this role's compensation package, please reach out to the designated recruiter for this role.

  • This role is eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus and participation in Gopuff's equity incentive plan.

  • Base Salary Range: $70,500 - $75,000
