Must be able to be on-site in NYC headquarters located in Meatpacking and come into the office at least 2 days/week.
We're looking for a detail-oriented, data-curious Ecommerce Digital Merchandising Intern to join our team this fall. You'll work closely with the ecommerce and marketing teams to help shape how products are presented, discovered, and shopped online. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how digital merchandising strategy directly drives conversion, revenue, and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with maintaining and updating product listings, categories, and collections on the ecommerce site
  • Support on-site merchandising: product placement, sort order, cross-sells, and featured collections
  • Help plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and campaign-driven site updates
  • Monitor and report on key ecommerce metrics (conversion rate, traffic, sell-through) to inform merchandising decisions
  • Audit product pages for accuracy, imagery quality, and SEO-friendly content
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and buying teams to align merchandising with brand campaigns
  • Support A/B testing and optimization of product pages, navigation, and search
  • Assist with competitive research and trend analysis to inform assortment and presentation

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Retail/Merchandising, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in ecommerce, digital retail, or online merchandising
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, etc.) is a plus, but not required
  • Basic understanding of SEO, UX, or web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
  • Strong written communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude
  • Able to commit to at least 24 hours per week for the duration of the internship
