Job Description
The Online Merchandising Manager owns day-to-day merchandising, onsite experience, and commercial performance for Philips.com (US), Philips.ca, and Philips employee store while also shaping the future direction of Philips' D2C channel. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic leadership-optimizing conversion, driving campaign activation, improving operational excellence, and contributing to Philips' long-term agentic commerce and generative search readiness.
The ideal candidate brings digital commerce experience, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is equally comfortable managing product setup as they are proposing the next evolution of Philips' D2C ecosystem.
Your role:
  • Own merchandising execution for Philips.com (US), Philips.ca, and the employee store, ensuring accurate product setup, pricing, categorization, and content quality while partnering with demand planning to support forecasting inputs and inventory alignment. Optimize onsite conversion levers including landing pages, product detail pages, product listings, and onsite search while maintaining product accuracy across platforms.
  • Lead onsite activation for brand, category, and promotional campaigns, translating marketing plans into compelling offers, merchandising strategies, and traffic-driving initiatives. • Monitor site health, identify bugs, and coordinate issue resolution with digital services, information technology, and platform teams. Support testing and rollout of new features and troubleshoot day-to-day platform issues while managing ticketing processes.
  • Support exploratory work across emerging marketplace channels such as TikTok Shop and adapt product content to platform-specific requirements. Contribute to future channel strategy by surfacing insights and ensuring cross-functional alignment and implementation.
  • Analyze merchandising and campaign performance to generate insights and recommendations, including conducting competitive reviews, supporting A/B testing, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. Contribute to agentic commerce and generative search readiness through structured data optimization, content improvements, and collaboration with digital shelf and syndication teams.

You're the right fit if:

Experience with marketplace platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop) and familiarity with agentic commerce, generative engine optimization (GEO), structured data optimization, digital shelf management and product syndication preferred.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • You're a solution-oriented, collaborative team player who excels in regional and global environments, with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies and evolving ecommerce channels.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
