  • The role involves managing retail merchandising initiatives with a focus on contact lens category strategy, promotions, assortment planning, and cross-functional coordination across operations, marketing, vendors, and finance to support retail store performance and business growth.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail planning, buying, or merchandising.
  • Strong experience managing category initiatives and retail merchandising strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and merchandising/planning systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organizational environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Experience:

  • Experience in retail merchandising, planning, or buying roles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in retail operations and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to stores on category initiatives including contact lenses and promotions.
  • Manage large-scale contact lens initiatives to improve assortment and selling practices.
  • Coordinate new product introductions and go-to-market activities with focus on private label implementation.
  • Support contact lens training programs and educational content development.
  • Collaborate with operations, field teams, vendors, marketing, and other stakeholders on category initiatives.
