Remote Sr/Manager Retail Merchandising requires:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Space Planning, Operations, or a similar function.
  • Experience in a large retail environment preferred (multi-store, multi-format, or specialty retail).
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail, Merchandising, Design, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Outlook, OneDrive (shared-folder organization) and Teams.
  • Familiarity with space planning, merchandising guidelines, planograms, merchandising principles, or fixture mapping tools.
  • Highly Organized.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Comfortable supporting ad hoc and urgent requests with a high level of responsiveness.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage processes independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Strong team skills and proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving execution at scale.
