Position Summary...What you'll do...

At Walmart Inc, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Analyst to join our legal operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment while building valuable experience within a global organization. We are committed to fostering professional growth and development, providing team members with the tools and exposure needed to expand their skills and advance their careers. The ideal candidate brings strong communication abilities, sound judgment, and at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in a paralegal role or law firm setting.

Location: Onsite in Bentonville, AR

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review a high-volume legal request inbox (approximately 400-600 emails daily)

  • Assess incoming legal documents, including liens, garnishments, lawsuits, and workers' compensation claims

  • Accurately route requests to the appropriate legal specialists or departments

  • Communicate with stores and internal attorneys to confirm receipt and ensure timely handling of requests

  • Maintain organization and prioritization of tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and professionalism in all communications

  • Support overall efficiency and workflow of the legal operations team
