Club Care Assistant

Position Days/Hours: Monday - Friday; 6:30am - 9:00am and 1:00pm - 6:00pm; Year-Round
Salary: $22.66/hr. (Tier 4)
*An extra $31.49/day will be earned when working a split shift on student contact days*
Responsible To: Child Care Specialist and Director of Community Education
$500 Hiring Bonus:One-time payment upon successful completion of probationary employment period (120 days)
$250 Referral Bonus
Position Purpose: Provide care for students in program and assist in activities and everyday needs of the site. Give direction to paraprofessionals on site.
Major Job Functions/Specific Tasks/Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: See attachment.
Qualifications: Current first aid certification (have or willing to obtain); experience working with middle school & elementary aged children.
Benefits of Employment: Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Student Support Staff (MSEA Association) and District 112. This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.
