Job description

Adsync Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to work in Northern Virginia supporting DHS/ICE. This is an onsite position. REQUIRENTS
At a minimum the Senior Manager shall perform the following tasks: • Perform and support all tasks under this order and serve as the task manager for all activities in the contractor personnel labor categories • Perform adequate resource planning and staffing • Serve as the main government point of contact; Meet the COR and designated program POC’s on a recurring basis (as determined by the COR) to demonstrate progress and provide status updates of assignments • Provide management and technical oversight for all projects ensuring quality and best practices are applied • Perform quality assurance reviews and timeliness of deliverables • Provide recommendations for improvements, efficiencies, and alignment of expectations with strategic goals and objectives • Assist with briefings, presentations, training, and activities to support this program • Monitoring and reporting of risks associated with this order • Develop operational knowledge and functional understanding of the Worksite Enforcement program QUALIFICATIONS • Master Degree in Business Management, Policy, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or similar field and 10 years of management experience
OR • Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Policy, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems of similar field and 15 years of management experience • Professional Certification – CPA, CFA, PMP • Minimum of 2 years of managing personnel and projects of this nature • Employees should have demonstrated knowledge and application in the areas of administrative policies, audits, program management, federal contract management, financial management, and functions similar to those identified in this work statement. • Experience in problem solving, critical thinking, and triaging workload is critical. • Excellent communication skills
