About the role

The R&D PDM Assistant supports analytical and laboratory activities for Product Development & Maintenance (PDM) within the VMS (Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements) category. This is a highly laboratory-focused role responsible for generating reliable analytical data, supporting stability studies, and ensuring product quality throughout the lifecycle.

The successful candidate will work closely with formulation scientists and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate testing, data interpretation, and technical support. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with strong laboratory experience looking to grow within a dynamic R&D environment

Your responsibilities
  • Perform routine laboratory analyses and support testing programs (stability, validation, release testing).
  • Assist in development, validation, and troubleshooting of analytical methods.
  • Support cross-functional teams by providing analytical data and technical insights.
  • Conduct data review and ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Set up and manage stability studies in LIMS.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and assist in resolving technical issues.
  • Prepare technical reports and development documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and safety standards (cGMP/cGLP).
The experience we're looking for
  • Hands-on laboratory experience (academic or industry) required
  • Experience with analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, ICP-MS, Karl Fischer preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Comfortable working majority of time in laboratory setting
  • Ability to work on-site at least 4 days per week

US salary ranges
USD $62,000.00 -  $92,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
