Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of plant operations, including safety, quality, production, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Develop supervisors, managers, and frontline leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
- Drive improvements in productivity, throughput, quality, cost, and on time delivery.
- Partner with executive leadership on capital investments, operational strategy, and future growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams while creating a positive and collaborative manufacturing culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Six or more years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience leading supervisors, managers, or production teams.
- Experience in chemicals, plastics, polymers, rubber, resins, specialty chemicals, industrial minerals, or other process manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated success improving operational performance, developing people, leading organizational change, and driving continuous improvement.
