This position encompasses crucial finance functions in car deals, including deal closures and managing finance agreements. Additionally, responsibilities extend to recruitment, training, and performance management of sales personnel. Automotive Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits:
Automotive Sales Manager Competitive Salary: Average annual salary $150,000+
Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Structures vehicle deals, including contracting customers, ensuring accurate paperwork, and getting deals bought by bank; making necessary corrections and performing resigns, and assumes full responsibility for funding delays.
  • Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of your team sales employees, creating and maintaining a strong and effective team.
  • Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect sales.
  • Assists individual salespeople in setting realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
  • Ensures proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
  • Conducts daily and/or weekly sales meetings.
  • Provides effective communication throughout the sales department as well as interdepartmentally.
  • Ensures that salespeople understand and follow dealership policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain high ratings in customer reviews.
