Description
SAIC is seeking a Data Services Integration Analyst to fill a critical position on the LANDMARK AOS program in Chantilly, VA. LANDMARK AOS is SAIC's large Prime Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contract, supporting the customer's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.
Note: Only candidates with a current Top Secret/SCI with Poly will be considered.
As the Data Services Integration Analyst, you will provide specialized input to enable efficient and effective performance of government software acquisition programs, mission-critical system integrations, and architecture support. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to government clients, offering technical expertise, objective recommendations, and critical assessments to enhance decision-making and improve programmatic outcomes. You will also work closely with government and developer teams, focusing on design, integration, and lifecycle management of enterprise software and mission systems.
Roles and Responsibilities to include:
  • Provide technical and programmatic advisory support to the government across system development, integration, test, and deployment efforts for critical programs.
  • Act as the client's trusted advocate, offering independent, unbiased assessments of contractor performance, systems engineering reviews, progress, and risks to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Translate government mission needs into actionable technical and acquisition plans, identifying integration and architecture solutions to meet program milestones.
  • Support system integration efforts, including the development or oversight of architecture baselines, technical documentation, and transition plans in collaboration with contractors and government stakeholders.
  • Oversee and provide guidance for AGILE software development processes, ensuring program deliverables align with technical requirements and potential mission needs.
  • Provide expertise and coordination across stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables that support intelligence and mission operations.
  • Prepare and deliver senior-level briefings, technical reports, and program updates to government stakeholders while providing technical insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct analysis and advise on business process improvements related to intelligence and government software acquisition lifecycles.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of goals, identifying program risks, and recommending resolutions and timelines in line with mission priorities.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field and at least 5 years relevant experience, OR Master's degree in a related field with at least 3 years relevant experience.
  • Current and Active Top Secret Clearance with CI Polygraph.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting system integration efforts and modern data architecture.
  • Experience with AGILE software development methods, as well as managing processes in an AGILE development environment.
  • Familiarity with AWS, SharePoint.
  • Experience with data management tools (e.g., SQL, ETL tools, data warehousing), data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
  • Foundational knowledge of acquisition processes in the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify actionable solutions for complex problems in systems integration projects.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence).
