The Company
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a conference and incentives agency. The company is looking for an Associate Director of Registration to join the agency in a FT capacity. The company delivers meetings, incentives and conferences for corporate clients. 
The Role
The Associate Director of Registration will support the Director of Event Registration in advancing the systems, processes, and operational workflows to deliver exceptional programs worldwide.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Lead the planning, build, and execution of event technology and registration components for assigned programs.
  • Build and manage registration forms, event websites, email communications, mobile applications, and attendee data systems.
  • Oversee that the Event Technology & Registration Coordinators
  • Ensure all event technology deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with client expectations and company standards.
  • Travel onsite to manage all aspects of the event technology operation for the assigned program.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and attendees, providing clear communication, proactive guidance, and solution-oriented support via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Coordinate with technology vendors and partners to secure equipment, configure systems, and deliver seamless onsite registration and event technology solutions.

This Job is Ideal for Someone who has

  • 6 + years experience working in event registration, event technology
  • Expertise in major event technology platforms, such as Cvent, RainFocus, Hopin etc
  • Proven experience working with multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for events and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure agency environment
  • Excellent computer skills 
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills 
  • Flexible, dependable, detail orientated, innovative, motivated and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional events 
  • Strong desire to work with a fun, creative and entrepreneurial team in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • The Candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed; as well as participate in overnight travel for events
  • Local and interstate travel may be required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 + 10% bonus structure + benefits annually, dependent on experience. The salary is based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, job-related qualifications, complexity of the role, market considerations, geographic location and region, and budgetary considerations. This is the anticipated base salary component of the total compensation package, which may include additional company benefits such as bonuses, commission, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and retirement.
